FREE ONLINE TOOLS TO SAVE SMALL BUSINESSES DURING COVID-19 AND BEYOND

Seminole, Florida: Owners of a digital agency in Tampa Bay, Florida have built free online tools for local governments and associations to support and boost local economies during COVID-19 and beyond, saving retailers, restaurants, and small businesses.

The online community shopping platform can be deployed for any local community, including municipalities, counties, and states. The platform is portable on any Microsoft Windows server hosting and is scalable through modules.

  • One of these modules provides an online community (similar to Facebook) for local residents to communicate with family, friends, and neighbors, as well as allowing them to shop from local retailers, order food from local restaurants, and book services with local small businesses through a virtual street shopping experience.
  • The online multi-store shopping module allows retailers to open their own independent e-commerce in a few minutes and is complete with their own back office and payment gateway.
  • The online restaurant and hospitality module allows restaurant owners to instantly create an online menu with an ordering, payment, and delivery system, as well as a reservation and table management system to help with social distancing.

For other small businesses, the platform has modules for project management, appointments calendar, and a documents exchange system.

Additional modules for marketing, local media, and government are in development.
